Harv is working directly with Emory University’s Center for Lifelong Learning and has
created a new program Professional Selling Skills. This course is designed for sales people who
want to refresh their sales skills or individuals that want to build their selling
techniques. This is the first step in creating a full sales curriculum with
Emory. The first class is scheduled for
October 29 – 30, 2009.
The seminar is centered on the “SALES”
selling Process, which is a customer-centered/solution based process designed
to enable the salesperson to provide value to their customers.
After completion of this program, the
participant will be able to:
- Identify the roles and responsibilities of the professional
salesperson
- Adapt profession selling methods
- Understand their role as a problem solver
- Determine their behavior style, as well as the styles of their
customers
- Adapt their styles to meet the needs of their customer
- Improve their communication skills
- Build and/or improve customer relationships
- Implement the 5 step “SALES” selling process

with Emory’s Professional Development Courses.
