Harv Frankel
Harv Frankel is the President of HF Associates, Inc. and Managing Partner of HF Associates, LLC. Harv's skills incorporate areas of results oriented consulting, strategic planning, value added selling, organization development, as well as interpersonal and communication skills.
After fifteen years of sales and sales management at AT&T, Harv joined AT&T's National Training School, and worked directly with The Wharton School of Business in the development and delivery of Leadership and Management Programs for mid and senior level executives. Harv's business and sales consulting practice has delivered results for companies both domestically and internationally.
Harv is a member of The Atlanta Area Compensation Association and is recognized by the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society for his Business Excellence. He is a program Facilitator for the American Management Association and the Canadian Management Centre and has been recognized for his ability the turn theory into practical learning experiences.
Bobby Peterson
Bobby Peterson is a Managing Partner of HF Associates, LLC. Bobby's background includes 26 years with AT&T in a sales management, business operations and education leadership capacity. His experience in performance consulting and training includes twelve years serving as Regional Director of The AT&T Schools of Business. Bobby has done extensive research in organizational improvement practices and has developed a series of productivity tools designed to increase workgroup performance, sales results and leadership effectiveness.
Bobby is a graduate of AT&T's Leadership Development Program and The Executive Program at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. He has worked with The Harvard Business School of Publishing and The Wharton School of Business in the design and delivery of Leadership and Management Programs. Bobby also serves as a Course leader for the Canadian Management Centre and the American Management Association delivering workshops such as Executive Leadership and Business Strategy. Additionally, Bobby is a Business and Investment Program Leader for Emory University's Professional Learning Institute.
